    Hi, ear. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

    I Googled error code 32768 and came up with thousands of search results. :(

    Does this error occur at certain times (i.e., after you perform certain actions) or does the error seem to occur randomly?

    Please provide more details that might help us narrow down the cause. Some ideas of the kinds of details to include are displayed in this link.

    ear, since you classified your computer experience as a "beginner ", here is a specific request and additional questions (to my post above) to answer that might be helpful.

    Please tell us the exact wording of the entire error message(s).

    • You might be able to do the following.
      1. Drag your mouse across the error message to highlight it.
      2. Right-click the highlighted error message and select "Copy ".
      3. Open a reply in this forum thread.
      4. Right-click in the message body editing field and select "Paste ".
    If that doesn't work, then you'll need to write the entire message on paper and then type it in a forum reply.

    ==========
    What model number is your Toshiba laptop?

    Can you recall any recent software/hardware changes you may have performed immediately before the problem started occurring? If so, then please let us know what they were and when you made those changes.

    Did you do anything to try to fix the problem? If so, then please tell us what you tried.
