I tried that "PC Pit stop" and it said that a program may be causing my slow boot up (first boot useless, next boot quicker, but still slow) but how can i find out which and get shot of it ?

You could try the bootvis tool. The results are not always easy to interpret, but it has a boot optimizing function (which won't work if Task Scheduler service is disabled).

Another thing to do is Run: msconfig and uncheck your startup programs until you determine by process of elimination which one is slow.

Another useful tool is Startup Delay. You can delay the start of apps to see which one slows the system (I use it because a tray clock doesn't start properly unless I delay it 30 seconds).

Used the other two without any success but I may try the last. Thanks.
