I have a laptop that refuses to boot from DVDrom. How does one change settings in the BIOS on Vista Home Premium?

Looking for BIOS I tried the F10 key and got a screen stating:

Edit Windows Boot Options for Vista

    Path:\Windows\System32\Winload.exe
    Partition 2
    Hard Disk 68906690

    [ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN(CURSOR IS HERE)

Options at the bottom of the screen are ENTER=SUBMIT AND ESC=CANCEL

However, this is not the BIOS settings. Can anyone help?

    Hi,

I finally got into the correct place. Had to use F2 key. Now laptop boots first from the DVDrom.

Wish you all a Happy Labor Day! Enjoy the B-B-Q.
