Hotmail - Unregistered Eform source

    Because I cant sign in to my hotmail account, I tried to write to hotmail support from an alternative account. But when I try to send my support request form (all filled out correctly) I get:

    Unregistered Eform source.
    DCOPS tracking code : E234GH82.35.27.5722222U

    The screen is white apart from this, so I presume that even my request for help didn't get through! Anyone know what this means/hot to correct this?
