[Hotfixes listed in Add or Remove Programs]

i was recently in the add and remove programs area of my computer because i was removing several programs that i no longer use, i noticed that i have a long list of windows hotfix programs loaded on my computer i am pretty sure that these have been added because i allow the automatic updates on my computer, do i need all of those hotfix updates or would it be safe to remove those programs from my computer?

 

leave them all. Those are windows update files, most of them are security fixes.
