    I "m using Internet Explorer 6 & Msn as my homepage.Whenever Msn cant find a search,Lop.com defaults as my homepage.Along with a bunch of sex links.(Not good for my 10 yr old daughter to see).Must have picked it up at an mp3 site.I "ve gone thru the registry & deleted some Lop.com junk. But cant keep the site from coming up!Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.:eek

    Hi Jeffrocks,
    You're going to have to run the uninstaller from here .

    If still no go: Try searching this key in Regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AboutURLs and see if you see things referring to lop.com in there.

    Also.......please check to make sure that you don't have install on demand checked under tools.....internet options......advanced tab.

    Thanks for the help.The uninstaller worked & l changed my install on demand settings.Guess there IS a price to pay when you download free music!Registry was clean.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

    Glad you got it all worked out. Thanks so much for taking the time to post back to let us know.
    If you're a big downloader? You might want to take the time to run Adaware on your machine to clean out any syware you've accumulated.
    And it goes without saying that yuo constantly run a current and updated antivirus. Should you not have one...you can try one of these free online scanners:

    Grisoft
    Housecall
    Panda
    Symantec

    And for Trojans.....might I suggest:
    Tauscan
