HijackThis & Slow Computer

My Dell laptop with XP Home has suddenly started performing slowly; coming to a crawl. I faithfully run AdAware and SpyBot and Microsoft AntiSpyware along with McAfee and ZoneAlarm but I seem to have problems somewhere. I have also run Disk Cleanup and Defrag to no avail. I then ran HijackThis which is posted here. Does anyone see anything in HJT that could be causing my problem. Thanks in advance for any help that I may receive.

2 system resource hoggers on your PC for a start Mcafee & Zone Alarm I prefer the Windows Firewall and Avast Antivirus. Suppose the experts have to deal with the logs though good luck

 

Thanks for the reply. Is there anything in there that could be some kiind of virus or spyware that could be causing my problems. I've had McAfee and ZoneAlarm on here long before this slowdown started. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looks clean. Any programs installed just prior to the slowdown? My Function Keys? Myalert? Microsoft AntiSpyware?
New hardware?

What all steps have you taken so far; clean out temp folders, prefetch, TIFs, disk cleanup, defrag, online virus scan??
