    Hello, welcome to the boards.
I do not think you are running a Novell server, you have a backdoor trojan.
First, go to Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall Chinese Keyword, then run WinSockFix

Open HJT, and immediately click on 'Open Misc Tools section'. Click on 'Open Process Manager, highlight "C:\WINDOWS\System32\clrprv.oo\server.exe ", then click on Kill Process. When done, click on 'Back Button'.
Now click on 'Delete a file on Reboot ", and copy/paste "C:\WINDOWS\System32\clrprv.oo\server.exe" in the File Open window. When you click on the Open button, you will be prompted to reboot, select No. Then do the same for "C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLO~1\AxFilter.dll ". Select No for the reboot again.

Rescan with HJT with all browsers and windows explorer windows closed, and remove these items.

    Reboot, and delete this folder.
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\clrprv.oo
Then I would do a trip to RAV Online Scan.
Surf for a bit, and then post a new HJT log.
