    Welcome to WindowsBBS Townie. :)

I'm sorry your post was overlooked and wasn't responded to sooner.

Right click the desktop and choose new>folder. Name it HJT. Cut and paste HijackThis.exe to that folder.

Scan again with HijackThis and place a check next to the following entries. Close ALL other windows and click fix.

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00FCA019-12D9-64CA-84CE-A2FAA4038319} - C:\PROGRA~1\ERRORW~1\BaseIntra.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [svchost.exe] NAVP.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [WMC_RebootCheck] C:\WINDOWS\inf\unregmp2.exe /FixUps

Did you install the following programs? If not, fix the entries and check add/remove programs to see if they are listed and remove them. You can delete the corresponding folders in C:\program Files while in safe mode.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Excite Private Messenger Pipe] C:\Program Files\Excite\PrvtMsgr\bin\x8IMPipe.exe
    O4 - Startup: TClock2.lnk = C:\Program Files\TClock 2\tclock2.exe

These load shortcut icons and are not needed at startup. They can be fixed also.

    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
    O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Works Calendar Reminders.lnk = ?
    O4 - Global Startup: WinZip Quick Pick.lnk = C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE

Go to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter. On the boot.ini tab, check the box next to /safeboot and OK. Yes to restart. This will restart your computer in safe mode.

Now in safe mode, you will need to show hidden files and folders.

Search the drive for the file NAVP.exe and rename to NAVP.old. Right click and choose properties and provide whatever info available in your next post.

Open C:\WINDOWS\system32 and delete the file w32sup.exe.
Open C:\Program Files and delete the folders ERRORW*** and WindowsSA. (and the Excite and TClock2 folders if applicable)
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all usernames.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and OK.
Uncheck the /safeboot box in msconfig and ok to reboot.

Back in Windows, visit Windows Update. Accept all critical updates.
Reboot and go back to Windows Update until there are no more criticals offered.

Download both Spybot and Ad-aware (links in my signature), install and check for updates. Run Spybot and delete all it finds that is prechecked. Configure Ad-aware for a custom full scan, run and delete all it finds. Reboot.

Scan your PC with RAV. Check the box to autoclean. If any files are infected and uncleanable, click the report button then copy and paste it here, along with a new HijackThis log, and the details of the .
