Trend micro can not erase 1 trojan and spybot detested nothing. Also my search doesn't work, only the little dog shows up on the bottom left. And WMP won't even open. I just updated it to version 10. If I try to open it, it says an internal aplication error has occured. If I try to play a video it says "Can not create DirectShow Player.

Disable System Restore, else these files will reappear.

Open HJT, and click on 'Open misc tools section', then click on "Open process manager'. Locate this in the list, highlight it and click on 'Kill Process'.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\n?lookup.exe

Do the same for this one.

    C:\DOCUME~1\Gary\MYDOCU~1\YSTEM3~1\dllhost.exe

Now click on the 'Back' button, this button will change to 'Config', click on 'Config' then click on "Delete a file on reboot', a File Open window will appear. Copy/Paste the following into it.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\n?lookup.exe

Then click on Open, and you will be prompted to reboot, select No at this time. Do the same for these.

    C:\DOCUME~1\Gary\MYDOCU~1\YSTEM3~1\dllhost.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\dygg.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ayci.dll

Rescan with HJT, and remove these items.

Reboot into Safe Mode and set Windows Explorer's Folder Options to Show All Files.
Delete all files in the folder C:\Windows\Prefetch, and all files and folders located in the Temp folders for all users. Look under C:\Documents and Settings\Gary\Local Settings\Temp to find them.

When done, reboot into Normal mode, and you can enable System Restore.
