    GOOD MORNING, SOMETIME AGO I WROTE WHEN I DOWNLOADED I.E. INCREDIMAIL IT IS HIGHTLIGHTED IN MY LISTS OF PROGRAMS. FURTHER, I WAS TOLD HOW I CAN REMOVE THE YELLOW HIGHLITE. BUT, I MISPLACED THE INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU PHIL
