Hello Everyone: I am on a friends windowsME and although Hibernation is enabled, it does not work anymore!
He has plenty of ram 256 and only using one quarter of harddrive!

We are thinking it somehow the (hiberfile) got corrupted.
Is there any way to reinstall the file?
System Restore did not work either

If you disable hibernation, the hibernation file will be deleted, it will be re-created when you re-enable hibernation.

Did you reboot after disabling hibernation?

Arie, Yes I did reboot after & still no good. I saw those websites you supplied before, I did increase the ram from 128 with another 128 to make it 256 but I was still able to use Hibernation for a while afterwards, so I dont think it is that and as far as the others go he dont have mcafee and Hibernation always use to work fine. Thanks
