When trying to enable the Hibernate feature in the Power Management System (PMS), I get the following message. "Power Policy Manager Unable to Reserve Hibernate file ".

It also states below this message "The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process ".

I have been into "Help and Support" and tried to follow their comments but to no avail.

Is there any geek out there who can guide a computer literate person. I suppose I could live without the "Hibernate" in the PMS but that is not the point
    .
