    I joinede this forum to attempt to repair for slow upload speed with my DSL. Qwest, my ISP, insists it's my computer. I believe them but sometimes wonder if it's related to groundwater in our community--first happened after massive rains 8-10 and now (rain and snow) since 11-10. Thaniks in advance for pointing me in any direction.
