    Hello
I am in Hong Kong on business and the computer was working fine at the hotel until I decided to take it to the office. Somewhere along the way I was hacked and 13 viruses were installed.
When I arrived at the office and opened the computer it crashed, the re-booted 3 times on its own before finally starting.
On the main screen all my programs and folders were gone and all that was visible was Recycle bin. When I would go to START nothing would show on the left and nothing was in 'ALL PROGRAMS' except Startup which took a really long time to get to.
I managed to connect to the internet but all the anti virus software I would try to install would fail. My current software couldn't connect to download new updates. The anti-virus software managed to eliminate 11 of the viruses but 2 remain. They are both Win32/Adware but the anti-virus software can't eliminate them and only one can be quarintined. The location that the virus' are in cannot be opened.
What can I do? Managed to get most of my info back but it is all hidden in the back of My Computer and not easily accessable.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS Czechbook :)

Please read this topic, install the latest version of Hijackthis, run a scan and save the log (you can close it for now). Then, download and run Deckard's System Scanner and post BOTH the main.txt and extra.txt logs. You may be required to put them in separate posts due to character count limitations.
