    Hi,

    Just want to say hello. I'm a retired technical writer. I worked four years for Michael Dell at PC's Limited and Dell Computers when they went public, writing user manuals and tech reference books for the 386 & 486 PCs. Later I worked for IBM writing database management and security software documents. Now I use a Gateway FX PC with Vista OS, mainly to play games.

    I really appreciate WindowsBBS for the good advice you've already given. Hope I won't have any more problems, but if so, you know I'll turn to you first.
