    Just wanted to say hi. I joined so I could learn more about troubleshooting computer problems. I do not know alot about these things, but I love a challenge and like to learn by trial and error. I am looking forward to everyone's help.

    Thanks Pete. I do a lot of lurking before I jump into the deep end of the pool. I just like to know there is a life ring nearby.;) I am by no means a computer techie, so I am looking forward to utilizing some of the great tech support I have seen on this forum so far.
