    Hi everyone. I am a retired Systems Analyst (primarily Mainframe) and I sometimes work on PC's for neighbors and friends. That's what brought me to this site. I recently had some issues downloading Windows XP SP2 for a friend. Just from a cursory scan of some of the topics and forums it appears like a great place to find information.
