Hi From America's Beautiful Pacific Northwest

Hi Everyone,

I'm Jerry O'Connor, retired civil servant and proud grandfather of two beautiful little ones; boy 2 years old and girl 9 months old.

I live in Lacey, Washington, about 10 miles north of the state capital of Olympia and about 230 miles or so south of Canada's British Columbia.

I enjoy boating and fishing but recently underwent knee replacements so am slowly getting back into the "swing" of things. For now, I'm really enjoying the "wonders of the internet ", where it takes me and how fantastic this medium of communication actually is.

I'm looking forward to learning and hopefully participating in a meaningful way, with those of you who've been on this site for a while.
