    My name is Shireen Almanza and I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am a consultant and have worked on many large projects implementing a bespoke financial system in Europe (+UK) and South Africa.
    Although I have worked in a very technical environment I am clueless in some areas - so am about to post my first question(s).
