Hey

Hello everyone...my name is Wayne.....I live in Jamaica, and I'm a server at a hotel. Ok...my problem is...whenever I try to dowload a new program or an update...my computer is telling me about APPDATA...could not be accessed. Like I tried to install the new version of windows messenger and I cant, Now I cantr even open my messenger...so irritating.Sometimes it do install it and then it rolls it back (whatever that means). If there is anyone who can help me with this problem...please do. Thank you
