Resolved Helping Hands needed on {seq Notes}

Hi bros

I can place a sequential number in old Word 2003 by ^F9 and type within bracket "seq strWhatever". By placing this similarly again in aother section of the .doc, a series of running numbers will appear.

Now my mental BLOCK.
I want to cross reference eg to the 3rd number of this series in a certain page; how to insert this 3rd number or the 4th and so on.
I love to pick up the page number associated with each seq number.

Hope you have done this so many times, it is easier than ABC, not for me after goofing around!.

 

OK update:
i have resolved what i want by: bookmarks, insert document properties > status and linking to bookmark.
