helped my computer is infected!!

    My computer is infected with a virus that corrupt all my exe programs. when I open it, gives me a word document thats corrput please tell me what virus this is. I cant also shutdown my computer and can't run regedit. I there any antivirus programs that is bootable. I mean can run on dos mode to clean my windows.
