Help!!!!!!!!

    Help me... my friend com got a virus.... and now he cannot boot his com... he need an emergency repair disk.. may i know where to get it??????

    Please use a descriptive title to your thread - Help!!!!!!!!! tells us absolutely nothing and most folks will ignore your post

    Please post the OS and does he have antivirus software installed - sounds very much like the answer is No.

    Do you have access to a Nortion Antivirus CD - if so boot from the CD and run a scan - it may work - depends on how recent the CD is and whether or not the virus appeared after the virus definitions on the CD.

    Read the instructions at the bottom of that link. When created, slide the tab on the floppy, so that you can see through both holes. This is so the floppy will not get infected.
    However, this bootdisk(s) will not get rid of a virus, it only boots the computer.
