'Help' won't open

    When clicking on 'Help' in Photo Express I get the message: 'Unable to open information key in the windows registry'. Would this be a problem with Photo Express or with the windows registry? Any ideas would be welcome. Thank you. :confused:

    I'd suggest a reinstall of Photo Express.

    First thought would be to uninstall the program, run a registry cleaner and then re-install it.

    Thanks, Brett and Pete! I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it again. The problem seems to have been that in the 'typical' install several of the 'Help' features didn't come as standard. I chose 'Custom' and ticked the various 'Help' options. Now all is well. Many thanks to you for your help. :)
