Help with Pop Up Error, Please!

I am having problems getting pop ups to work, i have a pop up blocker but the pop ups are coming up like i want them too, but i am just getting an error on the initial web page and the pop up just stays blank. I currently switched internet services and i contacted them and they said it wasnt their problem and it worked before i got their service but i just cant figure out why i am getting this error, oh and sometimes it wont even say error it will just say done, but yet the pop up is blank, please help because the only way i can sign into certain sites is through a pop window and this is currently not working.

 

yeah i just turned it off and the same thing just happened when i clicked on your link, the window pops up and there is nothing, it is a blank window and i do wait to see if anything will pop up and nothing, i have never had this problem before and have been trying to figure it out for the last couple days now, thanks for trying to help, if you know any other things that might help i would really appreciate it, thanks again.

You cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you click a link

Don't let the title of the article fool you. The problem you describe is one of the symptoms listed in the article.
