Vernor - Welcome to the Board :)

I have removed your email address - we answer all questions openly on the Board and not by email.

Would you please clarify - Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer? (Look in the header bar at the top of the screen).

For Internet Explorer 6 which I am guessing is the version you are using Right click in a blank area of the menu bar at the top of the screen - to the right of File, Edit, View, etc and check 'Standard buttons'.

The problem is I don't have the menu bar at the top of the screen that's what I want back. It is gone.

Try F11. It may be in Full Screen Mode.

Vernor--The fix suggested by PeteC should do it, but if not
You do not have to click on the MenuBar. Right clicking on a blank spot on any bar at the top of the screen (except the very top TitleBar) should cause a dropdown menu to appear. That menu should allow you to click on whatever items you want to have appear.
