Nothing in the log to indicate any malware related slowdown.

I'd read the IE7 Release notes and see if there are any hints there which may help.

You can also cut down on some of what's running on your system.

Just go to the appropriate letter, and search for the process/exe, they will give good detailed info regarding it, we use it quite often.
