Help with event 1503

I was running a few programs a couple were remote desktop and outlook. Outlook crashed and when I tried to open it disappeared. It is listed in taskmanager and clicked maximize and it shows. However when I clicked the title bar it would disappear. In event viewer there is 1503 error and listed 32 entries. I figured out it was one note addin for outlook. After I removed it the list came down from 32 to 6 and outlook worked. Here are the six remaining:

What do I need to do to get rid of the remaining six?

 

It looks as if your user account may have become corrupted. Create a new user account and see if the problem persists.
