[Help with CC Cleaner setup]

    Hello,:)
    I would like some help please with CC Cleaner settings. I have looked through all the forums but can't find any answers to help me, hope it is ok to post this here.
    I have three computers ( desktop vista home basic, desktop windows xp, laptop vista premium ) all have installed the latest version of CC Cleaner. Could you please advice me using some screen shots of what I need to put a tick near to clean. Especially in the setting windows advanced and the Application. I have every thing ticked in the Applications but not in the windows Advanced.
    If you are able, some screen shots would be greatly appreciated.

    This is how I have it set up (note: Firefox is my primary browser, so in IE, I clean, basically everything):

    I have another option for you...
    Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
    Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
    Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
    TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.

    No configuration needed, and it's even more thorough, than CCleaner.
