Help with capturing dvd screen images

    there is some still images i want to capture off a dvd I have and I was wondering what program will do it? My dvd player is on my laptop computer and on my normal computer I usually use corel screen capture but i've tried it on things like windows media player and I can't get it to capture those so I know it would be a waste of time installing it on the laptop to try. Thanks for any help.
