[Help & Support won't run]

My help and support won't run --- windows xp

I open start and ckick on help and support but all it does is blink the screen

Help won't come up in control panel when selected

Run through the fixes suggested. If you have any problems understanding the suggestions or directions, let me know. I didn't check the links either so if they give you a problem, again, let me know.
