Whenever I browse a site -- any site, I get this irritating Security Alert popup screen and it says the security clearance certificate has expired and is not valid.
    ********************************
Problem solved(?) I uninstalled IE6 and reinstalled.

    Same problem recurring

I thought the problem was fixed by uninstalling IE6/reinstalling. When I go to the bank site I get the popup window, click yes, go to the next screen, get the popup window again and again.

Went to MS updates and it says my computer needs 0 updates.

Called the Bank and it seems to a server side problem; so I'm calling the DSL company to inquire.

SBC DSL tech doesn't have a clue. Been on the phone for 1/2 hour.

Same security alert popup at the secure sites like shopping, Ebay and banking. ONLY those sites.

Just out of curiousity, is your computer set to the correct time and date?

    Yeah,
Glad it was that simple. Sometimes them easy things give you the hardest time. I can't believe your support tech's didn't have you double check this right from the get-go. Guess this was to low-tech for the high-techs. :D

    Thanks for the update.
