Help retrieving Administrator password

I have a mojor problem. Somehow when I went into my Windows 2000 system to change the Administrator password it did not work. Once I logged out and tried to log back on using the new password, it did not accept the password. Maybe somehow I keyed it in wrong twice, but I have tried every combination that I can think of that might have been a keying error and none of those work. I was wondering if there was any password cracker or just a program that might allow me to view the passwords for the system. My problem is that the unit is what is called an ethernet display. It is basically just a touchscreen monitor with a built in harddrive, such that I have no CD or floppy drive, so I cannot run a boot disk of any kind. I have one external floppy drive from a laptop, but it apparently does not have the correct drivers as I cannot get the unit to boot from it. If I could simply reformat the hard drive that would work fine as well, but again I have the issue of not having a bootable drive. I do have an username that I can use to gain access to the system, but it only has guest rights, so I cannot modify anything. If anyone has any suggestions as to how i can gain administrative rights please let me know.
