I'm trying to print color pics sent to me using a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone.
I'm using Win7-64 Pro with MS Office 2007 Picture Mgr and printing to my HP Office Jet Pro 8500.

I can usually print 5 x 7's pictures or copy pics ok but I've never tried from a cell before.
For some reason, no matter what settings I use, I get a different size than 5 x 7 or the pics are cut off at the top or bottom.

What can I do to fix this?

Email the pics to your computer to have many more options.

    Steve,

Sorry, I forgot to mention they were already e-mailed to me.

Hi robls99, I just tried a print from my Samsung S4 Galaxy i9505. I opened Gallery and selected a photo > Touched top right of screen > and there is a symbol like this > invert, touch that and open Menu to Share with > touch HP print service plugin > select printer > Deskjet 2540 > Copies-Print options-colour-size > Print and it works by WiFi. If you have the photo emailed to your comp, you will need a service like Picasa/Windows Photo manager. I've done this 3 times with different print sizes selected on the phone and I've had a 5" x 7" an A4 and a 4" x 6" print out OK by command from the Samsung phone. Hope this is what you were referring to. Neil.
