Hi - have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 and am having some problems. I have 4 email accounts, one for me, one for my daughter and two for a charity that I run. The problems are:

    1. I can't remember my daughter's password so can't access her account and don't know how to get a new one.
    2. With my old Outlook the charity emails used to go to a separate box from my inbox and other folders I had set up with 'Rules'. But now they go into the same inbox as everything else despite being from different email addresses.
I got as far as Tools, email accounts, view or change existing accounts, deliver new email to the following location . . . but then on the drop down box below this, there is only one drop down which says 'personal folders'. This is where I come unstuck.

Any advice would be welcome. I upgraded the computer to run a number of special packages for my daugter who is partially sighted but am so bogged down trying to sort things out that I can't even get onto these.

    Thank you lots.:)

    1. Should be able to go to the ISP and use their I forgot my password link.

    2. Outlook has "message rules" too. Create away...

Hi Steve - will try the ISP for the password. But the problem with the rules is that I have been doing this in my new Outlook 2003 and I still get stuck on the 'personal folders' bit. I can work out (just) how to get messages from particular people into different folders but I need to get all messages from two of the accounts into a different box? Laura
