[Resolved] HELP omorsysguard

Hi

Today I was on youtube and facebook. I went on google and searched a picture and saved it on my desktop. All of a sudden, this program saying it will check my laptop for viruses and such started to run. I stopped it. But every time i restart my laptop, this program is running too, making my laptop really slow. I used hijackthis to find the name of the program. It came up as omorsysguard. Can someone help me get rid of this?

i tried to download ComboFix but the first link, it said it was corrupted on my laptop or it was not real. Then it said my laptop might be affected with a virus called "Virut." The second link sent me to a spanish site where I tried finding it but could not.

my computer is slow at times especially when i try to open mozilla firefox and it's loading.
