   Hi guys,
   
   I bought a 2tb my passport hard disk recently i have a problem with it whenever i try to copy files from my hard disk to computer or from computer to hard disk it ends up like this.

   I tried WD data diagnostics SMART status showing as fail...

   If WD Diagnostics is indicating that the drive has failed then your only option is to return it to WD if it is still under warranty.
