Help me pls, keyboard stop working.

    Hi there, I'm a begginer in comp and I have problem with my keyboard:( My keyboard can't work at all when I'm in windows but can work fine in BIOS. i use free avg to check for viruses, and it only detected 2 trojans.

    But after I deleted it, the problem still persist.

    I tpe using online keyboard now,and it's very painful:( Please help me.

    It is not "only "...it has been has been removed from your system. I expect it/they were key-loggers.

    Thanks Matt:) I click on device manager but my keyboard is not listed there. I'm at my wits end :(

    Hi, Mew. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

    Please carefully follow the instructions in this link and post the appropriate logs in the Removing Spyware & Viruses forum.

    Please include a description of the malware scans and malware removal steps you have already performed. If you also paste your AVG scan/removal log (and any other scanner/removal logs), that would be helpful too.

    Something you can try I suppose.

    Start -> Control Panel -> Add Hardware -> Yes, I have attached the hardware. If you cannot see a keyboard, go to the bottom -> Add a new device. Try both selections, in the "list ", use Show all Devices and see if it listed under the manufacturer's name.
