   When using Windows help and selecting trouble shooting the right hand pane comes up with multiple choice with radio buttons, after making my choice and selecting next the Text in the Right Pane of Windows Help Is blank.
   This happens no matter what I choose in the Help.
   How do I correct this problem? What happened to the Text?
