I am english speaking and living in Belgium.
I have just bought my first p.c and it came with windows xp, unfortunately the only version I could get was in dutch.
What is the cheapest and/or easiest way for me to change this into English ?

    HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to Start--> control panel--> regional and language options (with globe icon). On the first page change the item in the first dropdown menu to United States (English) it should be the 25th item on the list. In the dropdown list at the bottom of the page choose the 15th item from the bottom on that list also United States. If you prefer a different country and can find it on the list change it to that country instead. Click on the languages tab click on the details button (near the top right ). A new window will open, near the middle on the right will be a button click on it another window will open with two dropdown menus. The top one should be changed to United States (English) the 25th item down. The second one should be changed to United States (Dvorak) should be the 5th item from the bottom of the list. After you add United States English you need to change the default input language in the dropdown menu at the top of the settings page there should be only two items belgum (Dutch) and United States (English) choose United States (English). Be sure to click the apply button to save the changes. You may need your Win XP CD for this so have it handy.

    Re-Install, and choose English.
