right click on the recycle bin.
    Explore.

    Can you see the file?

If so, and using the NTFS filestore, the remarkable Kelly Theriot suggests:
Click Start, Run and enter %systemdrive%\Recycler. Under this folder you'll see sub folders with names like:
    S-1-5-21-1085031214-854245398-1060284298-1003

One of these is your user's Recycle Bin folder, you'll have to determine which. Then open a Command Prompt Window and type: Start/Run and type in: CMD

    CD\Recycled\<name of the sub folder>
    Next type DIR

Locate the files with the file extension that you wish to recover. There may be more than one of the same type. These files will all be DC??.xxx where ?? is a number and xxx is the file extension.

Use the COPY command to copy all of the matching files out. For example: COPY *.DOC C:\Temp

to copy all DOC files to C:\Temp. Now you can open these files and find the one(s) that you wanted to retrieve. Once you've retrieved all the files that you need, type the following command: ATTRIB -S -H -R INFO2

INFO2 is a hidden file that holds the information on files in the Recycle Bin. This is the file that has been corrupted. Next type: DEL INFO2

This removes the corrupted INFO2 file. Don't worry, it will be recreated automatically by Windows. Now, empty the Recycle Bin. The next time you delete a file, if not before, INFO2 will be recreated and your Recycle Bin will function normally.

If no joy from the above consider a standard undelete utility. This an excellent piece of freeware: http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm

I tried explore on explorer and it didnt have any files there and then I went to run to enter "%systemdrive%/recycler but it didnt have any files.. When I click on Simply accounting: Basic now it says:

and there are 2 files to choose: B-R-O-Alb Express & Courrier Services and when I try to acces them it requires a username and password. and I dont remember any..B4 when I used to click it it would auto open showing the customers. I think I may have copied it soewhere bcuz when it go erased it kept showing users: 71,70,69,68 and etc..

    File Name: B-R-O-Alb Express
Files of Type: Simply Accounting files (*.SDB;*.ASC)

If the Recycle bins are empty there are no files to be recovered so have you tried the recovery software which Bill Castner suggested? Bill is off the Board for a period.

The info you see is probably held in the registry and pointing to files which no longer exist.

I assume you did not have a back up?
