When I use IE with my Xp window program...in msn zone there is a pull down menu to log in my address in order to play. However if I type wrong one or have more than one address it stores them there. How do I clear that? If I use netscape there is no pull down menu in zone. So this has to be an IE function?? I am very frustrated!

    Try this.....

In IE click on Tools>Internet Options>Content Tab>Autocomplete then click on "Clear Forms ". This should clear out the addresses in the drop down box. Do not click on the "Clear Passwords" button unless you want them deleted as well.

While your'e in this box, check or uncheck the Autocomplete options you want or need.

Another place to clear remembered address's etc.:

Right click on task bar, click on Properties>Startmenu Programs then click on the "Clear" button. This will clear remembered items from File Find and Run dialog boxes in the Start menu.

I know this doesn't always work for everyone, but click on the arrow to open the list and with your key pad arrow button, move the highlight to the one you want to delete and then hit the DELETE button on the keyboard. If it goes away, then do it for all the ones you want to get rid of. This HAS to be done with the keyboard. Let us know if this worked. I can never remember which pull down lists this trick works with.

    :)
