Hello, Windows Users!

Hello, fellow Windows users;

I volunteer at our local library as a computer assistant, to help patrons with their computer/application problems. Most of the difficulties involve incorrect settings or virus infections, but occasionally someone has a dead laptop needing fixing; those are the hard ones.

So I'm hoping this forum can answer some of my tougher questions, and that I can help someone with a question I can answer.
