Greetings from Austin, TX. I am a retired system support manager for a large state agency, Currently do a good deal of hobby type computer support for friends, so I like to stay current on the PC world.

This forum also seems to be an excellent source of tech support, having provided answers to my question. So, joined in the hope that I can possibly contribute a little, but certainly gain more.
