    Hi, my name's Dee and I am fairly new to the world of computers though I have been a secretary and worked on a PC for the last 18 years or so. Whenever we have a problem at work I phone a tech man and he comes and sorts it out for me. However, at home I'm useless and now have a problem with my home PC which has led me to try and find a solution on the internet and so here I am!
