This may be a bit confusing as I am new to all this so please forgive me.

I have a Dell laptop that is wired to a Dell desktop so that anything the desktop does saves in the laptop. The desktop can access the information on the laptop. When you work on a document that you've loaded into the laptop on the desktop, no problem. But when I try and view a video clip on the desktop which has been loaded onto the laptop, I get no picture whatsoever on the desktop's monitor. I do get sound on the dekstop's speakers and the images do show on the laptop's screen. Ideas? Thanks again.

Since nobody else took this I’ll try.
    Interesting problem.

Anyway "“ guess computers are networked together.
What program are you using to run video clips?
What are the operating systems on both computers?
When you run a video clip are you FIRST opening application on the desktop then from within application searching for it?
