Hello and Thank You In Advance

Hello All!

First of all, I want to thank you in advance for all the work and help you give freely to those of us struggling with computer problems! I have been able to find answers to many things in your forums, and I can't tell you how much that is appreciated!

I like to be informed on how to run programs on my computer and doing basic diagnostics, but compared to many of you, I would compare myself to being in first grade! (Perhaps not kindergarten, but still! ) In any case, I am here because I have reached the end of my ability to figure out what is going on with my computer, don't have the $ to take it to someone to work on, but know it needs bigtime help!

I live in the Southwest of the U.S., so it is summertime here still in the desert with monsoon weather - I love the thunderstorms (even though the computers don't! )!

Once again, I just thank you! I will be posting in the appropriate (hopefully) forum shortly about my computer's issues.
