HD Problems

    my pc is a dell OptiPlex GX1, when booting it says HD1 not found, my BIOS is set to primary master :auto primary slave: none, secondary primary and slave on auto. Does anyone know why it says HD1 not found but the pc still boots?

    What is the make of your motherboard? Have you tried connecting a different hard drive into it and see if the problem still persists?
