    Welcome to the Forum, pandawolf40!

    pandawolf40,

Aha! You are missing one of the best features of Firefox, and that is tabbed browsing. When you want to have a second web site open, right click the link and select the second option, which is Open link in new tab. It is so much better than opening a new window for every site you want to have open. Using separate tabs in a single browser window, allows you to move between the tabs quickly and easily. You can even bookmark a group of tabs for your home page.

However, if you really want to use up those resources, then when right clicking on a link, the first option is Open link in new window

There is a permanent setting also in:
    Tools | Options | Tabs

New pages should be opened in:
    A new Window
    A new Tab

Let us know if you have further questions...
